        They dont answer the phone. I feel sorry for desperate teenagers needing actual support. I tried calling them every day at various times for a week and it just keeps ringing.

        Tried calling multiple times, either doesn't ring at all as 'lines too busy' or cuts off after being on hold for two minuets. Finally got through to someone after ringing around 15 times to be told there's no appointments for today (even though I'd been trying to ring from 9am) and to try ringing again tomorrow and that I can't book an appointment for a different day as it has to be same day appointments? Doesn't make sense to me and still haven't got through since or booked in.
