Been with pinpoint for a very long time, always worked my hardest at every placement and even taken last minute jobs. Yet the agency rep Simon is defenceive and seemed to be arumentitive due to a complaint about holiday pay. Had to call repeatedly to book holidays and when they were finally pain 4 days equated to 30 and they justifyed as an average of hours worked including time not worked for the agency. Would not recomed to anybody. Avoid at all cost

Worst agency I have ever worked for. Made an application through them for royal mail. Made a 40 mile journey to complete the forms. Due to change of name they now want to cancel the application and do it again without mention of change of name. Also wanted me to send them I'd that they should have on file during sing up to the agency. Avoid at all cost.

Awfull company awful staff.. Had a call of sonia to say she had got me a job in warrington.. At the time i was working with my old employer labouring but the work was fading.. She told me i could start the following monday and it was for definate.. So i left my old job. Come monday she says the job isint there anymore and theres nothing she can do... Pinpoint needs closing down its a awful company
