        The team at Lignum always go the extra mile (or 3 - or whatever it takes) if they believe they can find the right candidate. But what I really love is the fact that I can rely on them to know the market and know what the conditions and offering is that I have to create to ensure the best recruit. If they dont think they can help me find the best fit they are honest and dont waste my time - Im fact even suggest who could help. This is rare to find in a recruitment company. In the past I have just been sent candidates that were in no way suitable for my spec. But it is unusual for Lignum not to be able to help as they are professionals and extremely well connected.
