Working with The Humphrey Group has been a fantastic experience from initial contact through to job offer. Russell is extremely professional, personable and responsive. By far the best agency I have worked with. Their knowledge and passion really shines through from the first phone call. As a candidate I felt supported throughout my recruitment process and i would definitely recommend.

Dean is Unprofessional. Rather than being unfair of me to post the review, it is unfair of you to give one of your candidates this information via a public google review. It entirely proves my point about your lack of professionalism. Perhaps you should have looked into the context of the reason for a negative review before posting this response. My point is that you do not communicate with candidates. The first job Dean put me forward for, he did not get back to me, i was left chasing and eventually gave up. Weeks later he whatsapp'd me and asked to put my CV forward, no information on the role, no conversation and then i find out from this review response, having chased, that i did not get an interview and you think you are professional? To add, Dean did not listen to me in the intial call, he decided I only wanted remote roles even though i told him otherwise and i am a customer service professoinal that works within new homes, i said i was open to discussing property manager roles, not that i wanted to be put forward for roles i'm given no information about, then cannot get hold of the recruiter, then am given feedback publically. If you want to run a successful recruitment copmany you need to realise the importance of building and maintaining relationships with candidates. Not picking them up and dropping them whenever best suits you, not returning messages, not picking up calls and not listening to what they are looking for. Sales is about all about listening but you seem to be focused purely on numbers. You response to me is not even literate.
