First year everything was great, always on hand to help us answer anything. Gerry was brilliant. Since then the service has gone down massively, weve had a hole in the bathroom for over a year now (that was made by JP, not us) that we were told would be fixed on about 6 occasions. We havent been provided meter readings for 6 months now, despite asking for them and asking for access to our meter which is locked away. Wouldnt really recommend it now - rent going up and less response, looking forward to moving out.

i cant recommend James peacock enough! Gerry and the rest of the team are truly amazing. they are always friendly and happy to help out. when we had a new born baby at the start of lockdown. the washer broke! (when you need it the most!! lol) Gerry helped resolve it quickly! even with the extra struggles working around the lockdown, she soon had us back up and running! that's only one example. any question/problem, no matter how daft or small it might seems. was always answered and resolved quickly and professionally. we were sad to leave them and cant thank them enough. thanks once again from the wrights family!

I cannot overstate how helpful and understanding Gerry and Emma at James Peacock have been over the past couple of weeks. What could have been a very stressful nightmare was in fact painless and straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went to great lengths to make sure the whole procedure went through quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend!

I have spoken with Jerry this evening regarding a rental property, unfortunately for us because the company empower themselves with HIGH END SPECIFICATION AND QUALITY rather than QUANTITY the property had already been taken. We will look forward to do business with them shortly. I encourage anybody who wishes to rent and have a good credit history and looking for HIGH END SPECIFICATION rentals and will look after and care for the properties. This company is for you.
