We have been using the system for approx. 1 year. Mainly management of 130 HMOS. The system is easy to use and efficient. A lot of integration features. Highly recommend Roy from technical support if you ever require any assistance.

I've been using the app for a few weeks now and have been impressed with the suite of tools that Landlord Vision offers. It did take a little bit of getting used to in terms of how the accounting system works but now that I've spend some time playing with it, I feel confident that my administration burden will be eased and accounts will by accurate at the end of the FY. I very much like how individual properties can be organised, as well as tenancies to keep all associated information and documentation in a structured form. That fifth star will turn yellow once the app has more functionality, I have already sent some suggestions to the support team and hope to receive a positive response.

I've researched and used MANY different property management applications over the last year and Landlord Vision is the best of the bunch in regards to features that I am after. Doing my Profit and Loss report to give to my accountant took seconds and keeping track of tenancies is great. The software itself it isn't the most intuitive or have the best feel and their iPhone app isn't great but I highly recommend them as Landlord Vision does everything I need. I also don't like that if you want to use GoCardless directly with Landlord Vision they double the direct debit fees than if you went to GoCardless directly. I'm sure things can only get better.
