I had a great experience here, I used the post office counter at 07:30 to do a parcel return, friendly and helpful staff and no waiting either that doesn't happen at my local post office that doesn't open until 9am

I live close by but avoid this shop. Anytime Ive visited in the past I find the staff so incredibly rude. Doesnt seem to be a one-off or a single individual either. I give a zero for customer service. Also the post office opening hours are either wrong on the website or the staff close up early to suit themselves. I do not recommend. But do recommend that the owner speaks to their staff about customer service.

Went here about a year ago to pick up some money I had ordered. The woman who dishes it out had gone home early so they couldnt give it out. I was left with no travel money. Went there today and the post office counter was closed, no reason given. This is a place to buy junk food at high prices. Dont plan to use the post office services. If you live nearby and cant be bothered to walk to Birchwood, fine, but otherwise avoid.
