Redelivery of a parcel never turned up and when you phone them they are very unprofessional and unhelpful. Royal mail are a joke

Due to the obscene queue lengths, this place is completely inaccessible to many with a disability (including myself)

The post men and women in the Warrington area that deliver to the WA4 1SQ area do not ring door bells, even when you have two signs saying please ring bell. So you miss them and have to go to the depot waiting your time. Had this happen 5 times now. Not a good service at all.

Chronically understaffed. Make sure you give yourself at least half an hour extra if you're picking up parcels to account for queuing outside
