Gas boiler failed mid December and despite maintenance contract with British Gas, they couldn't send an engineer till mid January. Contacted Dragon Warmth and they arrived same day. Diagnosed terminal fault with boiler, and within 2 days had removed old boiler and installed brand new unit at a fraction charged by British Gas. Dave is professional efficient friendly and competitive. Two months later called on Dragon Warmth again for shower upgrade. Once again, they were more than up to the job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, which nowadays is a rarity, because of the number of cowboys and rip off merchants out there. Was going too use this business for a leak but dave let me down from dragon warmth by not turning up so he got his nephew brian Marshall from bs bathrooms to have a look job not completed ceiling not replastered and he hasnt returned to fix problem just lots of excuses so avoid his nephew at all costs
