I phoned Mark, and he said he would ring me back, which he kept to his word and did. Arranged for him to call and give me a quote, which i found to be good. He did the job in a professional manner, also cleaned up after himself. Overall i find him to be Professional, Informative, polite and of good value, and i would recommend him to anyone. We had an issue with a our water tank and also needed a tap replacement and a new plug. Mark came out the same day to quote then three days later to do the work. He has a friendly and professional manner, more than living up to what he promised and doing the work to a high standard at a very competitive price. This morning, I woke up to smell a very strong scent of gas. I called the gas emergency team, they sent someone here, disconnected everything and told we had some issues, and we needed to sort it out. I called Mark Stewart from MS Plumbing and Heating, and even though it was his day off, he drove from Warrington, turned up in under 30 minutes and spent 2 hours sorting out everything. There was no heating and we couldn't cook anything without sorting the issue. He literally saved our lives, so a massive thank you to Mark! Mark Stewart provided me a fantastic service, we are very satisfied, he did a great job with no hassle whatsoever, no mess, kept the area very tidy, also very friendly and reliable. Would definitely use again and will highly recommend to others if they need a plumber. 5/5
