I have waited for over 2 months for a small part, and even when told that their supplier would send the part on a certain date this turned out not to be the case. Would not purchase from them if you want to receive items promptly

Worked and know Mark and Phil for several years now. Bought our FSI B22 Stump Grinder a year ago which has been bomb proof. Ordered a service kit with Rebecca this week which was quick and painless, everything in stock, not expensive and arrived promptly. Only issue we had is it took 3 phone calls speaking to 3 different members of staff to finally tell us where the oil sump plug was on the machine. First caller said they didnt know and would call back (they didnt). Second caller was working from home and put me on hold and had to go and find out, came back and told me it was the silver plate under the recoil assembly (which is actually a cable management bracket). Third caller put me through to someone in the workshop who has a machine infront of them and explained in detail. Finally. This would need to be improved to match FORSTs very high service levels.

I really liked this company, I got all my spare parts from them and used them to sharpen the chipper blades regularly. I then lost faith when they lost the blades, I didn't hear back from them for a few weeks after I sent my blades in, when I rang in and explained I was waiting for some blades to be sharpened they had a look around and eventually found some on the shelf that they said were mine..... another week and still no blades so I ring in again and the same thing happened, this time he got them sharpened and sent them straight out, only when I received them they were for a completely different chipper. So I rang in again, sent them photos of the wrong blades, and they just came back with 'there is no way we could have lost them with the system we use' at this point my blades were blunt on the chipper and they had lost my replacement, the chipper was next to useless and I had to postpone a couple of days with the condition of my current blades. They still weren't admitting to losing my blades, the worse thing of all is they didn't have a solution! Eventually they agreed to send me out a second hand set that they use for their hire chippers until they found mine. The set they lost had only been sharpened once before. To this day I still have not heard from them, no apology for losing them, and I am left with blades that are worse of then the ones I sent in. I now sharpen my blades else where. Shocking service for a repeat customer..
