For someone that was so unfit, starting Pilates was daunting but Linda totally put me at ease and tailored the sessions to suit my ability. My posture and core strength have improved greatly and I feel so much more body confident

I wasnt sure I would be able to manage a Pilates class as I have had health problems for many years and have found yoga classes too demanding. Having worked with Linda for the past couple of months on a one to one I have been so pleased with what I have been able to achieve , I feel my strength and balance are improving and the relaxation is a real bonus. Linda makes the sessions very enjoyable and has tailored them to suit me..
