Had an appointment with Ian at Id physio, I was in agony with my knee, I was so pleased with the results after my first visit, I just wanted to be pain free, I would definitely recommend Ian.

To be honest I wouldn't recommend here. I've come here 5/6 times with Ian and he's a nice chap, although when your having a session he will see multiple patients at one time, therefore I was left getting treated with something I wasn't sure what it was doing, the benefits/risk, what Ian was doing etc. I never really got the chance to speak to Ian. I felt it was very rushed with no explanation

After receiving treatment with Ian for lower back pain and sciatica, the difference was immediate and enabled me to return to work earlier than expected. Ian is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable with all aspects of physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Ian's clinic is very clean and up to date using the latest physio equipment. Appointments were also usually available at short notice with very competitive prices. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of physio.

I had a physio session here a few months ago and I did not enjoy the experience as I found the treatment to be lazy and not do anything to fix my shoulder issue, he used a heat pad on my shoulder and left the room for a good 10 minutes as well as using a machine to massage my back instead of doing actual deep tissue work himself. He then proceeded to use acupuncture needles on my back and once again left the room as he was treating another person at the same time which I found to be quite rude and unprofessional. Overall the session lasted 50 minutes so not even a full hour I would not recommend.

I've been to see Ian 7 times over a 2 year period with 2 issues, 1 issue was post surgery. Both times he quickly found the cause, treated it effectively and gave me confidence and excercises and to keep working on the weakness and that it would get better.
