        I am disabled and took seriously ill at max spielman in birchwood and Robyn, who is usually based at Tesco Extra, really treated me with care and compassion.         Brilliant! Unfortunately, I didnt get the young ladys name who served us. We bought 2 personalised 65 birthday mugs. She was so helpful, explained what we had to do on screen and the phone, helped with layout and design. She was brilliant, as are the two mugs. Highly recommend this service, and the young lady is a credit to the company. Please pass our thanks on to her.
