Never will I buy from this shop again, bought headphones for my son only when my son opened the box they were broke,took them back the next day and they would not give us our money back, said we had broken them.

I don't see why some people have given this place a 1 star, maybe it must of been when it was under different management. Because the customer service was absolutely impeccable, you could not fault it. They not only fixed my broken screen and replaced the whole thing, they are the cheapest company out there who will not rip you off, I paid 290 for the screen and the under screen to be fixed. All other companies were ripping you off left right and centre. I.e. phone doctor, and some guy who fixes your phone at your front door wanted 400 pounds haha. Most of these companies see you coming a mile away. Honestly please read my review if your struggling go trust someone with your phone, these guys are so trust worthy and will take their time looking after you. They even took their time putting my screen protector on for me after the work had been done they really do care about their customers. Don't go to places like phone doctor or anywhere else in warrington if you have a Samsung as you will just get robbed. Will definitely recommend this place, and will definitely bring my other phones here in the future! Thanks for taking care of me.
