A great service from very helpful staff. Only problems I've had have been with getting my prescription from the GP to Cohens, once received they are brilliant

Extremely poor first experience. I had booked online for a private flu jab (booked almost 2 weeks in advance), received numerous email and text confirmations including an appointment reminder the day before my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment to be told they aren't taking private appointments anymore! Don't let me book one if you aren't giving them, absolute waste of my time!
