Very very slow and they never answer the phone ! Won't go again EVER !

In my own experience from going here the past 3 years maybe 4 years now a very good chemist friendly staff who offer good advice if you ask questions on certain things and mostly get prescription right. Its usually the doctors who don't send it in time or mess your prescription order up not the chemist itself not to me anyway. I recommend it.

Despite living very close I have decided to change pharmacy due to constant long wait times and issues with prescriptions. Despite ordering repeat presciptions online so they are ready to pick up, 9/10 times the medications have not been ordered days later, meaning I have to return multiple times and wait again. I would go elsewhere if possible.

Worst pharmacy calling for 3cdays no answer for a repeat prescription only to have yo visit the shop to be told the quickest way to to do to the doctors absolutely disgrace

Rudest staff ever. Always have to wait for ages for prescriptions & they never fulfill it first time. Changed chemist and will never use again. They have NO customer service skills & had the cheek to call me rude and only giving 1 star because I have to .
