Well Birchwood - Benson Road

Recently have been given wrong dose (caught before leaving) and another persons prescription by accident. Today, been waiting an hour and a half for a repeat put in over a week ago. Came back after an hour so they could finish making it up, now over half an hour for "checking". Whole morning gone for picking up a repeat prescription. Many others have left having waited for long periods. If this was a one off I wouldn't mind, but issues surrounding timely dispensing seem common. *Update* Three days later, still trying to get one item of the prescription, they have it now (despite being told would be two days ago), and back to a long wait for dispensing (40 minutes and counting as it wasn't made up).

Shocking service. Phoned 6 times to chase a repeat prescription.The phone rings & then cuts you off. Had to go to the pharmacy to sort it out. I asked why the phone is not answered & was told someone else must have been on the line but you will still hear the ring tone - I rang the pharmacy whilst I was in there & no phone rang out.

Its dirty, dusty, under staffed, huge queues, nothing is ever ready or on time. They don't answer the phones, the automatic text system works now and again. Taken 5 days to get an "urgent prescription" feel sorry for the staff cause that place is rank.

Wouldn't even give this pharmacy one star if I didn't have to. I have my medicine weekly and every week me and my mum go in they are never ready, they should be ready the same day every week but never are. They just dont care and forget about people. They either make us wait (sometimes up to 2 hours) or say they dont have any and to come back another day but when we do come back they are still not ready, they just dont care about peoples health and palm you off.. this pharmacy have said for the past 4 weeks they didn't have my epilepsy medicine in stock, and didn't even apologise or try and help. Luckily I had some at home to last me but I was running out. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Every week I got very anxious and worried because i knew they would say they didnt have my tablets ready. This pharmacy is a joke!! Its caused me nothing but anxiety. Me and my mum made the decision to change to a decent pharmacy that will have my medicine in stock regularly. Don't go to this pharmacy, you'll have nothing but delays and problems
