Chapelford Pharmacy

Went into this pharmacy yesterday to buy some painkillers. Despite there being quite a few staff working and only 3 customers, I was completely ignored.When it was my turn to be served the staff member picked up her car keys ,walked past me and left the pharmacy without a word and left me standing there. Unbelievably rude.

Visited this pharmacy today for the first time, I was in the area so it was convenient. Staff really pleasant and helpful. There was a huge queue but all were dealt with efficiently. Unfortunately one impatient customer made a point of complaining loudly about waiting times and systems in place, she was totally out of order as all the staff were doing all they could do under the circumstances. It seems to me that the pharmacy needs more staff but are not being allowed to recruit by the owners of the company, which is a great shame.

Awful service last week. Pharmacy said my husbands prescription has been there since yesterday but told me to come back after an hour. Will sign up at a different pharmacy now

whats the point of having a pharmacy phone if you never bother to pick up I ended up moving to click chemist who are great
