Seems like everytime I come here I have to queue for 10 minutes only to be told that my prescription hasn't been made up yet. It's usual to be asked to wait for 15minutes more or come back tomorrow. Yesterday was no exception. I changed pharmacy and have no regrets even though it involves more travel.

Having used the pharmacy last weekend to get my flu lab I am surprised with the negative reviews. Whilst not suggesting other comments are not justified in their own experiences the service and friendliness I experienced was excellent. Often a visit to a pharmacy is due to illness, pain or condition so tensions can be high so any issue at the time can generate negative attitude but my visit was a good one, hence my feedback

Staff do their best in an extremely busy practice. Sometimes queues form as they are situated right next to the health center.

Great staff who go the extra mile at a very difficult time. Just seen them deal so very politely to a stroppy man who was out of order raising his voice to women who don't make the policies... They need a medal... Dealing with bullies like that!
