        I have use CCC for years and in the past i have completely forgot about an appointment and called to re book and been hoppy to pay another deposit as its completely my fault.. today i booked in at 10am and my wife thought id said 10:30 i got a twxt from them at 10:08 saying that they could hold my appointment till 10:15 my wife turned up at 10:20 and said we would have to re book and lose our deposit. I called and spoke to the girl and they had no interest in re booking and moving over the deposit. I run my own buisness and sometimes customers make mistakes and a little common sense should provale 5 min after the appointment cut off Wont be going there again
