        First few grooms fine but after this I became unhappy and when challenged the manager and staff became rude and obnoxious. Given the price I would definitely have expected a better service. Will not be returning. Dogs never liked going there either but loved our last groomer

        We have bought our dog here for a groom a few times and it has been ok, yesterday we took her, she was in over 2 and a half hours, she came back looking as if she had been dragged through a hedge backwards. I rang this morning to say I was not happy, told to take her back later today, as I am working this is not possible, however, there should be no need to take her back because it should have been done right in the first place She is not a complicated breed, just a little jack Russel, the groom cost just short of 50.. As I can not take her back again they are sorry but that's that. not good enough at all.

        Were customers for 3 years now . My dog had bath&brush, undercoat treatment and nail clipping today. Everything was fine, but Im not very happy about the main thing - brushing. I needed to take extra time at home by myself Hopefully next time my pom will get everything properly for what Im paying :)
