Holly Tidd Training

Training with Holly has been the best experience. She has really given me the confidence and motivation to try new exercises and equipment. I always leave sessions feeling like I have accomplished something and in a good mood! She continues to encourage me and help keep me focused. Thank you for helping me to get back into my fitness!

Ive been working with holly for 6 months now, and whilst I was no stranger to the gym I am gobsmacked by the results I have already gotten. She doesnt just tell me what to do shes constantly explaining whats going on, why shes scheduled it in my plan and what its going to achieve. Shes constantly adding and changing when I request extra bits n pieces! When she says 24/7 contact she really does mean it! I can walk into a session so angry from the day and she always finds a way to make me channel it proactively and I always leave with a smile. PT, therapist, n genuinely a pretty good friend at this point, I would recommend Holly to everyone no matter your knowledge and fitness levels

Working with Holly is an absolute pleasure, she is just the perfect level of encouraging & supportive without being over the top. I always look forward to our sessions and always leave with a smile. I have definitely made progress beyond what I would ever have been able to achieve on my own - Holly is clearly very knowledgable and is always happy to answer questions. I would recommend Holly to anyone who would like some extra support to reach their goals

Holly is an amazing PT who has given me confidence and motivation in the gym which I have always struggled with. I am so happy with the progress I have made so far. Our sessions are always so fun, I would 100% recommend training with Holly!
