John is a flexible down to earth PT that gets results and motivates to the full! I had the pleasure of his teachings across a 12 week period where the sessions were kept Fun and to a reasonable pace and complexity. I would definitely go back to him as his prices are value for money too. John took me well on my way to my fitness goals and Im now a stone down Victoria jenkins
