I started working with Lincoln as part of me getting into shape following hip surgery. I wanted to increase my strength, lose my spare tyre and eat more healthily. The programmes which have been put together for me have been the right mix of challenging but enjoyable. The results of these have been more strength, better focus in the gym, and a shrinking waistline. Following a better diet now means that I have more energy, better concentration at work, and better sleep quality. I've also developed and obsession with yogurt! Lincoln's approach is based upon personal experience so you don't feel judged about what you've done (or not done) in the past. Discussions and reviews with him are relaxed and informative, and really help keep you on track.

It took a lot a of courage to speak to Lincoln because a I did not want to accept that I need help to active my goals but I was one of the best thing that I have done 3 months into it I have archived so much in a short period of time when I first met Lincoln we sat down a come up with a plan he asked me what I wanted to get from is help so he went away and come back with a plan don't get me wrong It is hard but he is enjoyable he is so patient with me he knows when to push me and my limit I wold definitely getting InTouch with him to active your goals like it am

Having done endless hours of cardio in the gym for years and not seeing the results. I wanted to learn resistance training, but did not feel confident enough or have the knowledge to do this on my own. I approached Lincoln at Raise the Bar after taking part in a few of his classes. I particularly liked how he encouraged everyone no matter thier fitness level ,and spent that extra time to help improve form and answer any questions. My initial consultation was free, you don't feel under any pressure to sign up to anything. After going away and thinking about the packages on offer I decided to go for the Transformation package. This package 'does exactly what it says on the tin'. My confidence and energy levels have increased massively and sleep pattern has improved. The shape of my body really has transformed and an added bonus the results are showing on the scales. You won't be disappointed with the results :)
