Been on a waiting list for 3 weeks. I've just phoned them again and they said they've worked through the list now......I wasn't on it!!!!

I went for an eye test on 4th jan 2020 and had a contact lense assessment checked a week later on progress to be told they hadnt even been ordered, waited another week had a text to collect them only to be told i would need a fitting and would have to come back. Arrived 3 days later to be taught how to put my lenses in and was asked if the optician had any trouble getting them in my eyes, nobody has put them in my eyes i said to be told could have them that day would have to come back again 3 visits so far and still no contact lenses. Appaling service
