        customer service was shocking. booked in for a tyre was welcomed with a rude greeting and wouldnt come out to look at the car to see what the issue was. Person on front desk just sat there half asleep with a vape in hand staring at us. Got sent away as didnt have a part went to another garage only to be told we didnt need the part to change the tyre. Went back and they complained we were 40 minutes late after sending us away .. rude, unhelpful service. Never again!

        Warrington depot shocking if I could give zero i would, booked a service as it was showing availability, arrived only to be told cancelled , could of sent text or email to tell me

        Went there (Green St branch) for some tyres for my Cupra estate with brand new wheels. Lads were very very careful when fitting and balancing to make sure they didn't damage the wheels. The lad with the glasses (sorry can't remember your name!) went over and above to explain how and what they did. Had an issue with the faulty Goodyears but was all sorted. I'd use these guys again no doubt and I'm fussy. 5 stars
