Was satisfied till I bought the bike, but after just a big disappointment. First warranty repair couple hours after purchase, second- around three weeks after, third... a bit later, but not resolved yet. Already THREE month waiting for ordered part and promised phone call- no updates no communication what so ever. Service quality is very poor.
