I recently purchased a buy-to-let from Auction and Ascot Mortgages, in tandem with Ascot Bridging Finance, supported me through the whole process. Once the property purchase via a bridging loan was complete, Ascot Mortgages worked out the best options for me, despite the Banks rising interest rates and spiralling UK inflation and managed to secure me a competitive mortgage rate for that property.
