Her knowledge of the market as a whole is fantastic and she goes above and beyond the role of broker, providing quick and thorough communication, advising on the negotiation process with agents, and assisting with surveys and completion documentation. She has provided a listening ear and empathetic support throughout during a very stressful process and acts entirely on her clients needs and wishes. I am so happy and relieved to have found a mortgage broker such as Louise - Louise has been incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, fast and very supportive from the get-go. Louise was amazing throughout the whole process. She provided great advice on the mortgage deals that were available to me and went above and beyond by chasing up the solicitors to speed the process up. I will definitely be coming back for my renewal and will be recommending to friends and family.
