        Was looking for a reconditioned iPhone for my daughter for her birthday. Phoned up and gave details of what I was looking for. Received a call within a few days that theyd just had delivery of a lilac handset (her first choice). Amazing customer service and so happy with phone - like new condition. Third phone Ive had from them - would definitely recommend.

        I called in this morning as my phone wasnt charging properly. The chap promptly looked at my phone and sorted it out within five minutes, he said the fix was so simple there wouldnt be any charge. Honest service like this is quite rare these days and really appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to use this The Phone Whisperer again for any future issues. Thank You.
