I was out trying to buy my wife what she'd asked for and wasn't having any success, we'd decided not to buy much this year as there's nothing much that we want or need. I was a bit grumpy as the perfume was proving difficult to find, I happened to look through the window of the jewellers but was just looking with no intention of buying, sticking to the agreement. A young lady named Emma came out of the shop and I was a little abrupt with her as I thought she was going to be a bit pushy trying sell to me when I was only looking, I had an experience a few years ago where an oriental looking shop assistant in this branch tried the hard sell, I walked to another jewellers and spent my money there, I was wrong on this occasion and she turned out to be helpful and patient. I didn't buy anything that day as I had other fish to fry finding the illusive bottle of perfume and sticking to the gift pact made with my wife. I returned to the shop on 23rd and again was just looking, this time with my glasses to see the jewellery in focus after forgetting my glasses on the previous visit. I was in my work scruffs and was recognised from a few days earlier, I ended up spending quite a substantial sum, breaking the pact in the process, I was served by the same lady that I spoke to on Sunday, she was very friendly, had knowledge of the products helped me make my choice as well as swaying my decision to buy the product. During my time in the shop, everybody was friendly both with me and also the other customers. My first impression from some time ago is now changed and as they have some beautiful pieces of jewellery, I'm guessing that I'll be back, I only went into town for the game 'Connect 4' and had no intention of buying anything else, I didn't get the game, I found the perfume though and I also discovered a wonderful jewellers. 5* customer service, advice and communication! Excellent team of people (Emma and the manager) kept in contact with me regularly and even offered to deliver my watch as I wasnt able to collect it. Many thanks again! Highly recommend.

I went to chrisholm hunter in Warrington golden square. Last place after looking in all jewellers and the service was amazing I'm comparison to the others, they didn't rush you. Listened to you and were very polite and full of amiles. They helped me look at engagement rings until I made a choice. The 8 week wait they kept me updated by calling me and kitting me know the ETA on the ring. I was ready earlier than expected and when I collected it you sit down and are presented with e erything. The ring, a diamond certificate, diamond passport and lovely bag and case for the ring. Every member of staff were brilliant, the ones who I interacted with the most were Emma and Laura amazing service and lovely people. Highley recommend!

Would really recommend the Warrington store, All the staff in particular Laura, are Brilliant at what they do, I was treated to a new beautiful ring, whilst we were there decided to get both myself and husbands bands re-plated and altered, so happy with the service, knowledge and advice given to us- would Definitely shop there again.
