        A big thanks to Alexis at Ernest Jones Warrington. I got a great service from her. My husband bought me a ring for Christmas from the store. We went in and I saw something that suited me better. They did not have my size. So Alexis arranged to have the ring in my size, couriered from Middleborough s branch. I now have a perfect ring in my size and it is absolutely beautiful. Alexis was kind, considerate and made the whole experience wonderful. She is a credit to the company and is a lovely person who was amazing to deal with.

        Staff are friendly and helpful but my wife was dissatisfied with the jewellery which was brought on-line. No hassle regarding with the Returns.

        Took a sweetie bracelet in that I bought from them at least 15 years ago to see if it could be re strung they sent the bracelet away were very helpful
