        The staff who work here are amazing. Really nice people who are happy to go above and beyond always and are always in good form. The gym has recently acquired some new equipment and its great. Everything you need for cardio or weight training. Brilliant gym all round.

        Contacted the gym via email to see if I could could just use pay as you go. Telephone call shortly after & offered free first class. Attended another two spin classes with Jimmy taking the class. Excellent motivation from him. Liked the gym & will attend again when in area. Thankyou....
