        I have been doing the classes now for just over a year, Sifu Tong really knows his stuff and he is a great teacher. I have met some great people and the classes and they go above and beyond to help me out. I have really enjoyed the classes and I am very proud in the way I have progressed in the time I have been with them. I have been doing both the wing chun and tai chi. I suffer from fibromyalgia and doing the classes, exercises and the movements has really helped with my pain Highly recommended

        This club has been like a second family to me. I've been training with Sifu Tong for over 18 years and have never looked back, his knowledge and direct lineage to the old masters is second to none. I love the fact that no matter your age, your grade or skill level you can ask any of the club for help and they will stop what they are doing to assist you.
