When taking out work with this company please do not give them to much information regarding your private business dealings as their staff will gossip about you to other individuals and other companies. Today I have found out that they have totally broke data protection regulations, and a member of their staff has been gossiping about my business dealings, to an old staff member of mine, who used to work for me. When confronted about this they denied it, but I know this to be true as they knew about things that only my old staff member could have known. This then became obvious to me what has been going on. Lloyd said something in anger which instantly made think how he knew this, and made realise only one person could have known about this. I will also add that Lloyd was giving me excuses, and even raising his voice to me when I was asking him to look into errors on my site, some months ago. I was contacting him about issues I had with my website, where he continuously blamed the seo team, and got very angry about it. After spending thousands of pounds to have people fix these issues, and analyse the problems, today I found out the problem was to do with Lloyds coding, and the Misconfiguration of the theme coding which needed rearranging, which has been the problem all along. I have today removed these people from my website, and will never use them again.
