Was waiting ages on my order and when I emailed took just as long for a reply and never emailed me back with a update terrible communication if not none at all, tried ringing multiple times and just rang through Didnt even receive tracking or confirmation, wasnt happy this this company it used to be good

I contacted Crazy Wire prior to placing an order due to the reviews left on the site. I was reassured after their manager replied to me that everything is in order so I placed my order in for some Kanthal Wire. Im giving it 4 stars which is good cause they got everything right and I will order from them again in the future but theres one thing they need to do, for first class shipping can you provide the customer with a tracking number if its necessary? Got worried cause of all the strikes during the holiday time that my order might have gotten lost in the mail somewhere.

Absolutely do not use this company. I placed an order and then waited several weeks for delivery. When the item finally came, it was only half of what I ordered. The company never answer any phone calls, emails or any other form of communication. Complete scam and I don't know how they are still trading.

Placed an order on the 3rd of Feb, have not received it ? Despite receiving an order complete email on the 3rd. Tried to email the 'customer service team' my email was bounced back as recipients inbox is full. I have tried to call 32 times ! The phone is permanently engaged?? So I tried it late at night & early in the morning. Still engaged ?? Avoid this company like covid !!

Placed an order on the 2nd September and still recieved nothing at all I've emailed and been told 3 times they will send the item but they blaming royal mail as they couldn't trace the package as its first class which is no excuse at all I've asked for my money back and they won't accept that and just keep saying they will send the order so if anyone knows what to do help me please as its not a lot of money but I haven't recieved any sort of product...absolutely gutted about the service and really wouldn't recommend it to anyone
