Very poor service in india I own 4 still always only 1 works at a time and unitron company charges more than the aid for servicing Aid is always problematic doesn't work more than a month after servicing

Very bad very expensive you buy and after few years they phase it out and won't repair it a bunch of cowboys in fancy offices in a pensioner they refused even to extract a stuck battery telling me in writing if I buy another one they will give me 10% compassion discount how dare them ,took to my local audiologist my hearing aid got fixed free of charge while I'm waiting with unitron it's all about money and gimmicks, think twice if buying from them cowboys
