Avoid...avoid... Awful service by an arrogant store manager. I brought a chandelier from the store and had one of the lights faulty (see photo). When I returned to the store he simply refused to refund or replace. He kind of tricked me by initially saying he will exchange and when I moved to look for a new one, he took away the original and repaired it. When I came back selecting a new (costlier but agreed to pay difference) he simply refused to exchange saying original is working now. I wasted a whole day and the electrician cost only to be treated like this. Avoid this shop, i can assure you this is not the first and won't be last (see other reviews).. AVOID (you will get better cheaper in other shops nearby)..

I bought a light fitting from this store in February. My qualified electrician advised it had an intermittent fault and I returned to the sore but they ignored this, claiming it was the dimmer switch. The fitting eventually failed completely and I got a refund after much persistence. The company refused to compensate me for the extra electrician costs and my inconvenience as a direct result of the faulty fitting. Make your own mind up.

Visited store in Warrington. Gentleman gave good advice on lights. Returned Good Friday as kind sales lady had kept a light for us. Very helpful staff

Delighted to find a fantastic shop to purchase lamp shades , there was plenty of choice and staff that were on hand ( Clare and Michelle) to help, .I would recommend this shop ,and use it again if needed , thank you
