Excellent experience. Adolfo Marquez was our solicitor from the start. We purchased a new build home that got delayed for a whole year and a number of problems, but Adolfo was there with the throughout. He was always on top of the situation, always helpful and really looked after us until the end. He provided us with advice and guidance from experience and from the start he made the effort to add a personal touch to everything. Adolfo was the best. If you come to ET Law, ask for Adolfo, he will look after you as if you were family and be there with you until you purchase your next home. Absolutely terrible firm! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a property as a first time buyer and had a Sophie as my conveyancer. She was nice enough on the phone but communication was awful. She would never respond to emails from either me or the estate agent and when I tired to call her the line cut off half the time. She told me that she had to raise an inquiry with the lender. As time dragged on she said she kept chasing it with the lender but after two months I called the lender myself and they said they had not heard from her at all. This eventually dragged on and I lost the property. I even escalated to her boss and just got fobbed off with the same thing. They are just either incompetent or lying. No waste your time with this firm
