I recently bought my first home and used Specters for conveyancing. Soyab Patel was the lawyer who dealt with this and I couldnt recommend or thank him enough. As someone doing it by themselves and a first time buyer, I didnt have much experience or clue about the process. He guided me through it with ease, explaining the process in laymans terms, ensuring I understood what it is that was going on and what was expected of me. He answered any questions I had promptly and was very friendly and patient! He was very accommodating and I picked up the keys to me house 2 months after having the offer accepted, which is unheard of! I would definitely recommend Specters and especially Soyab off the back of my experience so just want to say thank you again!
