        Besides having a nightmare to get into the building, my partner was told by a member of staff they couldn't process our request that day. The following day after turning up (and calling in advance to check somebody was available,) nobody was present. Now we have to go to the Runcorn office and take half a day off work just to drop paperwork off to somebody capable. ~~ due to the response from the solicitor. I've increased the rating
