        I highly recommend, I have trained with Neil, for almost 28 years, and I am a former British Champion, and still train every week. Training here changed my life for the better, giving me confidence, discipline and drive, which I use in my day to day life. My children also train / learn here as it is a friendly, safe, professional, place with high quality instructors, with top of the range quality equipment. There is a good mix of male and female members, with everyone coming to learn, train, have fun, get fit, and pick up some very useful skills.
