Disappointed: When I arrived to collect my car there were four members of staff behind the service desk with one customer ahead of me. Shouldn't be any delay I thought!!!!!!!!! Imagine my surprise when no-one broke away to deal with me and my presence was only acknowledged after the other customer had been dealt with and left. Nothing else to add!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

James was great showing us around, was happy to answer our questions and enquiries and happy to go out and test drive a couple of cars until I was happy with one. Ended up juggling round prices to fit into my budget and ended up with a deal. Great
