Cant fault these people very helpful I would highly recommend them . Give me the wrong parts which do happen from time to time but helped me out on price abit of my troubles of running them back . After knowing he had given me the wrong parts he quickly sorted the right ones out within 5 minutes a phone call back saying they would be with me tomorrow. Thanks Warrington vehicle centre top marks from me .

OVERALL VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE Even though the staff were polite and welcoming. Booked the D'max in for a service 20 days beforehand. As I was drawn to their customer care accolade. I requested parts additional to the service parts; - door seal and retaining inner wheel arch pins. These were not ordered and needed to be posted out afterwards. Despite the mechanic stating he'd fitted 'a type' of retaining pin to the inner wheel arch cover. Not so, as I had to explain why the mechanic was mistaken. Part way through the service, a staff member asked if the auto gearbox oil was to be changed? I reiterated yes as the vehicle had just been acquired. Plus the vehicle is now 5 years old, despite it's low mileage. Through phone calls and emails to Warrington Vehicle Centre I raised my concerns the gearbox oil was not changed despite what I was being told. I asked why then, the 9 litres of auto gearbox oil was not invoiced and charge to me? I reply from Warrington Isuzu, stating the gearbox oil was changed and it was another misunderstanding that the oil was not invoiced. I have offered to pay for said oil. But there's been no response. With all these misunderstandings throughout the whole process on Warrington Vehicle Centre's part, I'm sorry, but I cannot honestly recommend them because of their poor customer care.

I emailed Isuzu (Warrington) with a query regarding our van and within 90 seconds I received a phone call from a technician to answer my question. Outstanding customer service.
