        I'm pleased with the response I had from Velosure. From the start of my claim the customer service representative was responsive, well informed and helpful. Velosure were able to assess my claim quickly. They arranged for my bike to be assessed by a carbon bike specialist. Following acceptance of their cash settlement, it arrived in my account same day. I'll continue to use Velosure.

        Just renewed my ebike insurance with Velosure. Changed from one bike to two and the process was just a phone call. I dealt with Anne who was excellent and made the process very easy ... plus she has great customer service skills. For the price and quality of service I don't think you could do better.
