Anne Gregory Hypnotherapy

Due to claustrophobia I had been unable to fly for 7 years and even trips on trains etc.. were hard. I met Anne and am ashamed to say that I very much doubted that she would be able to help me. How wrong I was! After each session I was travelling more and trains, trams were no longer a problem for me an the dread and anxiety I used to feel at the prospect of travelling was gone. The ultimate test was could I get on a plane. The answer is YES!!! I and I have continued to do so. I would highly recommend Anne - she changed my life forever.

My hypnotherapy sessions with Anne have been incredibly helpful. Whether I'm looking to reduce stress, improve focus, or just relax, Anne has something for it. It also helps that she's a real pleasure to speak to. I cannot recommend her enough!

Working with Anne was transformational. The unexpected benefit of working with her was the positive impact on my life day to day - not just at work. The increased pandemic workload combined with pressures outside of work were taking it's toll and I was feeling exhausted and unable to focus for long periods. The sessions with Anne enabled me to clear my mind and slow down, which contrary to expectation, actually made me more productive and able to make better decisions more quickly.

Anne is amazing! I wasnt sure what to expect when I started hypnotherapy, I had tried counselling a few times for insecurity issues I had suffered with for years, but for me it didnt work. Anne explained the workings of the brain and I got it straight away!! Listening to the relaxation sound file every day and speaking to Anne over the phone once a week has changed my life forever, in just six sessions!!
