        I am so glad that I do not have this company as my landlord. Refused point blank to change the locks when they knew my father had died and that somebody else was threatening to remove his property because they were given his keys by the hospital and I do not live locally. 1 star is way too good a rating for this uncaring excuse for a company!!!

        It does a while to get through to your housing group but once customer service team answers the call they get on to the problem ASAP Unfortunately this can take weeks for someone to complete the works Why does it take weeks and not days like other councils

      image I am so glad that I do not have this company as my landlord.
