        I spent 3 days trying to book the Windermere hotel to no avail. The internet booking system failed. I spent half an hour listening to 'your call is important to us' but nobody answered. After complaining online, somebody phoned me but was incapable of taking the booking and told me somebody would phone me back. Nobody did. I give up. You have just lost about 500 in business.
