I agree with Deborah Lee. I met Justin E. who seems very friendly and showed me an extension completed at a lady house which looked good. I noticed though that it was a leak at the kitchen's ceiling but he was showing that he was fixing somebody's else job. He confirmed that had experience but at the end he proofed not being reliable and trustworthy. The building control officer had advised him of works to be done and he ignored the requests, phone calls and emails. He left unfinished jobs, the kitchen cabinets were damaged and one fitted upside down. On top of that the did not demonstrate self control and professional level of courtesy by becoming aggressive. After payments made I found out that he charged me over 1K just in one invoice alone as the whole project was overpriced compared with the quality of the service. Although we had an agreement with payments schedules, from week 1 he was already demanding higher payments and I had his assistant coming in to my residence, causing me distress, demanding payment when he knew jobs were not fully completed. My main concern was that someone without invitation or my authorisation coming into my residence using the address on a gas certificate. This showed me how unprofessional he leaded the team. I had to pay someone else to fix and complete unfinished works. I hope people do not experience the same.

Avoid Justin Elliott of Stockton & Cheshire Builders. He has done a poor job of fitting my new kitchen - worktops and cabinets not level, incorrect installation of units, wedging ceramic tiles under the worktop to name a few of the howlers. Has since walked off the job without finishing, not answering calls or emails. I have been left with sockets hanging off walls, unfinished tiling, damaged cabinets and poorly fitted flooring. His company moto is "We see the job through" which is just laughable. Do not be fooled by him.
